Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds.

When you pay for Chime — monthly or annual — that charge is not refundable. You will continue to have full access to Chime through the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing; your access ends when the current period ends.

No exceptions — including unused months on an annual plan, partial-month cancellations, accidental purchases, or change of mind.

If you're unsure whether Chime is right for you, do not subscribe yet.

What we don't do

  • We do not issue refunds for “I forgot to cancel.”
  • We do not issue refunds for “I didn't use it this month.”
  • We do not issue refunds for accidental annual purchases.
  • We do not issue refunds for product outages of less than 24 hours. For longer outages affecting most users, we may at our discretion extend the current paid period by an equivalent number of days. That is a credit, not a refund — no money moves.
